How easy, I can't get down the driveway so I won't do my job. Haven't had my trash picked up in a month yet I am still being charged for the service. Wow great business to be in! Here is a picture of the drive way that he says he can't drive down and it's 40 degrees today and te snow that remains is slush.

J & J has been great to work with. They offer services that other companies don’t and they are reliable and affordable. We have two brand new wheeled dumpsters which are perfect for our needs and I never have to worry about billing or pick ups because their operation is seamless. Highly recommend. Better service, better benefits and better pricing J & J is the obvious choice.

We are new customers of J&J Trash after their takeover of Collectors Trash. So far I have had to call them twice with questions and both times I was able to speak with a friendly and helpful person right away. So far they have not missed a pick up and everything is going great! I'm so glad there is now a high quality (and cheaper!) alternative to Apple Valley Waste.

J&J has been AWESOME! We have had the service for about 18 months now and there have been 2 times I’ve missed the pickup. I made a simple call to the office and within 24 hours, a truck was at my house to gather my trash. Top notch!

We switched from Apple Valley after numerous problems to a smaller company and were very satisfied. That company just merged with J&J. I have to be honest and say I was a little nervous at first, but the changeover was well communicated and seamless. I love that they kept the pricing and all the pickups as promised. The website is easy to use to pay the bill. Bonus points for their trash can being a cute color! 🙂

We only switched a couple months ago, but they have been extremely helpful, professional and friendly so far. Initially switched because they were less expensive. We are getting the same service, with larger cans, for less than our previous servicer. The trash service has been great. Appreciate the proactive notifications letting us know about the holiday schedule, without us having to go look it up each holiday. Very happy.

Setting up our trash removal reservice was very easy, I just called and talked to a friendly and helpful lady. We are very thankful for having someone else deal with our trash. We tried the 'travel to the dump' every week thing, and it got old quick. We really appreciate J&J's quality service!

Always there when there is problem. Although there have only been two missed pickups in 2 years they dispatched a truck to resolve the issue the same day. Communication is excelent like the Holiday Schedule with automated phone messages. They are more cost effective than the competition. I have been recommending to our neighbors all along . . . . .
